ST.PAUL, MN- Nooks and Crannies Tour, Rose Ensembles’s Celebremos el Niño: Music of the Mexican Baroque, Gamelan Performances, Ketzal Cotalicue Aztec Dance Troupe and More! 

Historic Landmark Center invites the public to join us in celebrating all things Landmark Center at Landmark Center Inside and Out on September 21, 2008 from 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm. Admission is $3.00 for adults; children 12 and under are free.
This event will feature the beloved Nooks and Crannies Tour and a building wide celebration of arts and culture!
 
Nooks and Crannies Tours will be self-guided, however, volunteer tour guides will be stationed at various sites throughout the building to answer questions and provide detailed interpretation and explanation of the building.  Visitors will be able to climb up to the North Tower (overlooking Sixth Street ) and photograph the spectacular scenic vistas of the city, then descend into the sub-basement and the winding tunnel system beneath the building. 
 
Cameras are welcome, as the tour will provide architectural and amateur photographers alike a wonderful opportunity to gain access to some of the most unusual and beautiful elements and details of classic architecture in our city. 
 
As part of the building wide celebration, St. Paul ’s premier arts and culture organizations are inviting you to join them in celebrating all things Landmark Center . The building is home to many arts and cultural organization.  Programming will include special events from The Schubert Club, The Rose Ensemble, the American Association of Woodturners, COMPAS, Young Audiences of Minnesota, Ramsey County Historical Society, and TRACES Center for History and Culture.

Museums of Landmark Galleries open all day, 12:00 pm- 4:00 pm:
AAW Gallery of Wood Art, TRACES Museum, Ramsey County Historical Society gallery, The Schubert Club’s Musical Instrument Museum and Gilman Ordway Manuscript Collection, Uncle Sam Worked Here Exhibit, and the Landmark Center Archive Gallery.
 
Landmark Center Inside and Out is a part of Sundays at Landmark event series, which is family-friendly, culturally diverse and sponsored by Minnesota Landmarks, the nonprofit programming and management agency for Landmark Center in downtown Saint Paul.
