DESCRIPTION:Join us on Tuesday\, October 15 from 5-7pm to celebrate the opening of the Women’s Advocates’ Voices of Change: 50 Years of Hope and Healing exhibition in the North Gallery. The opening will include wine and other light refreshments. \nWomen’s Advocates proudly celebrates its 50th anniversary as the nation’s first shelter for victim-survivors of domestic violence. Join us in honoring the resilience of victim-survivors\, recognizing the dedication of advocates\, and celebrating progress towards a future free from abuse. To mark this milestone\, artists committed to breaking the cycle of domestic violence are contributing their work for display and auction. \nThe artwork will be exhibited from October 1st through December 31st\, with an auction taking place during Women’s Advocates’ 50th Anniversary Gala on October 17th.
