SUMMARY:Rice Park Walking Tour
DESCRIPTION:This tour takes you back in time to learn the secrets of one of the city’s oldest and most beloved parks and the unique buildings that surround it. Please make sure to arrive and find parking by 9:50 am\, tours depart from Landmark Center’s Visitor Information Center PROMPTLY at 10 am. Tours are held rain or shine (except in severe weather). The tour groups are limited to 20 participants. \nPlease note that this is a walking tour that covers approximately 1/4 of a mile. \nAlso note that if potential lightning is in the forecast for the time of the tour\, or one hour prior\, tours will not take place. Be sure to check our social media page for the most up-to-date information in the case of inclement weather. \nJune tour date reservations will be open as of May 5th. DESCRIPTION:Music on the Cortile (previously known as Music from the Porch and Music in the Café) presents live performances by musicians in the picturesque Musser Cortile at Landmark Center. Taking place over four Wednesday lunch hours\, these concerts offer an opportunity to hear talented local musicians. Best of all\, they’re free and open to everyone. Attendees are encouraged to bring their lunch to enjoy during the concert. \nJune 25: Alicia Thao\nAlicia Thao (she/her/hers) is a queer HMong American singer-songwriter who is Tulsa-raised and Saint Paul-based. Well-versed in a variety of genres\, she identifies as an experimental indie/folk/soul/RnB performing artist.
