The festival includes 2 days of films at the Landmark Center in St. Paul – all free of charge! \nThe festival takes place at in the F.K. Weyerhaeuser Auditorium at Landmark Center on November 15-16\, 2025. \nExperience the evocative film series that explores the tension between darkness and illumination—both literal and metaphorical—within Romanian cinema. Between Shadow and Light invites audiences to experience stories that navigate the blurred lines between truth and illusion\, memory and myth\, oppression and resilience. Get ready to be captivated by stories that will touch your heart and ignite your imagination! \nThis event is realized in collaboration with the Romanian Cultural Institute\, NY. Don’t miss this opportunity to immerse yourself in the rich culture and artistry of Romanian cinema. Grab your popcorn\, sit back\, and enjoy the show! It is recommended that attendees reserve seats ahead of time. Seats can be reserved for either day. While there is no cost for seat reservation or attendance\, HORA is asking for a donation of any amount to help support this event and help us provide future free screening events. \nHORA will release film selection in mid October.
