Join the Saint Paul Winter Carnival on Tuesday, January 27th from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Landmark Center for Frozen Family Fun Night!
A meet and greet with the Frozen characters will take place from 6-7:30pm. Other activities include story time, a Frozen singalong, snow activities with Junior Royalty, giftbags and other family-friendly activities. There will also be special appearances from the Legend Characters of the Winter Carnival!
