Rental rates

RENTAL RATES

Rental prices include set up and clean up of Landmark Center’s tables and chairs (for up to 350 guests). If the guest count requires, or client requests, additional or specialty tables and chairs, the client is responsible for all rental fees – download the rental brochure.

Courtrooms (2 hr minimum)
Monday-Friday (until 5pm) – $100/hr
Evenings and Weekends – $250/hr

Musser Cortile – check availability
Monday-Thursday (until 5pm) – $250/hr (2 hr minimum)
Monday-Thursday (after 5pm) – $1500/evening
Friday/Sunday – $3500/evening
Saturday $5000/evening

Cortile Wedding Ceremony and Reception
Includes a changeover crew – add $1500

* Includes all (4) courtrooms, their common hallways and the Musser Cortile

Building Exclusivity –Add $1,000 to Cortile Rental Rate to ensure your event is the only one in the building. Must be requested upon booking, subject to availability.
