MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (click through for full description)

Minnesota Landmarks seeks an experienced candidate to work with and under the supervision of the Building Superintendent, to maintain the building and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems for the historic Landmark Center.  The Maintenance Engineer keeps the building systems running smoothly and functioning at comfortable level for all building occupants and assists with maintenance, safety and security within Landmark Center.  Competitive pay with full benefits. Minnesota Landmarks periodically seeks suitable candidates for both full-time and part-time positions to join its security, setup, and janitorial teams at Landmark Center.

Set-up Janitorial positions are responsible for cleaning and maintaining our tenant and public spaces, and setting up for Landmark Center’s numerous events. Some lifting and moving furniture is involved.

Security positions include general daily and evening security and providing security during events.  Candidates must be willing to work weekend evenings and be people oriented. Background checks are required.

Bartending positions are available with Minnesota Landmarks for the Landmark Beverage Service (LBS), catering to clients and their guests during the diverse array of public, private, civic, and cultural events held at Landmark Center annually. These are seasonal, part-time, nonexempt positions with schedules primarily focused on evenings and weekends.
