The Saint Paul Winter Carnival and TPT are pleased to present a free film screening of The Legendary Saint Paul Winter Carnival. This one-hour documentary is rich with archival film and images, capturing Saint Paul throughout Carnival’s 140 year history.
After the screening, make your way upstairs to enjoy a free Saint Paul Civic Symphony performance at 2pm!
