Not in Our Neighborhood!

February 22, 2019 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

$10

A little-known instance of racist violence, in Saint Paul’s Groveland Park neighborhood, comes to light in Landmark Center. African American attorney William Francis-later the U.S. Ambassador to Liberia-and his civil rights activist wife, Nellie, planned to move from the Rondo neighborhood to a home on Sargent Ave. Their plans were met with petitions, demonstrations, death threats, and eventually two separate cross burnings. Tickets can be purchased online or in our office, suite 404 in Landmark Center. For more information call 651-292-1239. Purchase tickets online now.
